Question about save data offline Ionic 3

Hi, when I close my App ionic 3 and turn off my wifi and reopen my App then I save some the data, this data is not displayed in my device just when I turn on my wifi, but when I open my App when my wifi is on and after I turn off and save some data, this data is displayed in my device, this is right ?

When I change a object offline, this object isn't change the value, just when I reconnect
