Fix the argument-passing defects exposed by ffmpeg-kit-extended issue akashskypatel/ffmpeg-kit-extended#38 and remove the same lossy argv round-trip from FFmpeg and FFplay.
Wait for shared byte capacity, cap ranges across open streams, and keep successful reads independent of deferred Fetch destruction. Propagate Wasm traps while handling browser request errors, defer main-thread close retries, and keep URL log redaction Wasm-only. Add reproducible media fixtures and browser regressions for two-input packet completeness, Fetch failure paths, generated audio callbacks, and real completion callbacks after host-safe cancellation.
Keep the EIO and error-message assertions intact while allowing up to five seconds for worker log delivery. Preserve the failed full-matrix record as evidence.

Version 0.11.2
thread-safe callback state, dedicated main-runtime dispatch, and failure
handling for logs, statistics, and completion callbacks.
and media-information callbacks safe across Wasm pthreads.
with runtime function-table growth support and module-lifetime slot ownership.
and headless native/Web callback regression coverage for delivery, lifecycle,
ordering, and table behavior.
getVersion()now appends SemVer build metadata with the short source revision (0.11.2+g<hash>, plus.dirtyfor uncommitted changes), andgetBuildDate()returns a UTC timestamp (YYYYMMDDTHHMMSSZ, honoringSOURCE_DATE_EPOCH). The hash appears only in the runtime version; release tags, titles, artifact names, pkg-config and platform package versions keep the numeric version (e.g.0.11.2).
