Adds
Cloudflare.KV.InstantNamespacefor Workers KV Instant, including lifecycle management, existing KV capabilities, Worker bindings, and persistent local emulation. Classic and Instant namespaces are kept separate during discovery and adoption; switching modes replaces the namespace, with delete-first replacement when reusing a title.Instant clients omit metadata and pagination APIs. Local emulation enforces the 300-byte UTF-8 key limit, rejects metadata, and returns matching keys in one page. Storage quotas, key-count limits, throttling, and global replication are intentionally not emulated.
Draft pending private beta verification. Live lifecycle, adoption, mode-switch, and remote-binding tests remain TODO until the testing account has beta access. API response mode fields and live REST behavior still need verification.
