Updates workerd to
1.20261002.1, Workers types to5.20261002.1, and the generated workerd configuration.Syncs vendored Workers and Workflows code from Cloudflare workers-sdk at
22dbde63a5726ba5d17c15270db0b11b50122b79. Includes asset base-path handling, Workflow batch-creation updates, and R2 metadata-limit/error handling, with the corresponding local binding changes and tests.This is the runtime prerequisite for #1905 and can merge independently of the container feature and distilled changes.
Validation: 648 vendored tests and 58 R2/Workflow binding tests pass, along with runtime type-checking and formatting checks. The full workspace type-check exceeded its time limit without reporting diagnostics.
