mikroj enables imagej/fiji on the mikro/arkitekt platform
This is a plugin/app for the mikro/arkitekt environment and enables to use imagej at its macros in the mikro environment. Start the program and point it to your imagej environment.
You can use one of the packaed versions that are one click installer
