Adds a canonical specification, one-page reproduction guide, one-command script and a SHA-256 manifest of 133 source/evidence files. The full repo at this commit contains the 100-case challenge and receipts, five maintained bindings, actual Chrome matrix observation, ten paired controlled-site browser pilots, four guarded tool adapters, and 125-entry append-only registry.
bash reproduction/action-boundary/reproduce.shpasses locally, including cross-runtime matches, screenshots/DOM checks, registry replay and tamper tests. Also refreshes the expanded challenge report's JavaScript source SHA-256 after upstream PR #454 strengthened policy snapshotting; all 100 decisions and callback counts remain unchanged. This makes the current checkout's provenance check pass instead of carrying a stale hash.
