Adds 25 profiles × 15 cases with exact proposals, host policies, expected decisions, full evidence receipts and a regenerating script. JavaScript, Python/hashlib, Perl/Digest::SHA, Python/OpenSSL and WebCrypto under Node agree on all 375 cases. Appends 375 receipts after the original 125 byte-identical registry rows and updates the one-command reproduction package and manifest.
These are project-authored simulated host fixtures, not 375 live effects or outside validation. The matrix intentionally retains generic-boundary counterexamples for argument target changes and unreviewed rules. Results: 165 returned callbacks, 185 blocked, 25 throwing callbacks of unknown external outcome. Local
