Add a separate advisory Strix quick scan for same-repository pull requests and manual dispatch. Use DeepSeek V4.1 Flash through the HTTPS Nimbusroute gateway, with STRIX_LLM and LLM_API_KEY stored as Actions secrets.
Install Strix 1.7.0 from its fixed release archive and verify its committed SHA-256 before execution. Check credentials before downloading. Use the PR's actual base branch for diff scope. Keep raw reports out of public workflow artifacts.
Findings, errors, missing secrets and timeouts do not fail CI. The process limit is one hour, operation timeouts are 3600 seconds, and Strix's cumulative scan budget is $10. Existing workflows and required checks are unchanged; no CI job depends on Strix. Fork PRs cannot access credentials.
Validation: actionlint and ShellCheck passed. Simulated success, findings, errors and timeouts (0, 1, 2, 124, 137, 42) pass through the advisory wrapper for PR and manual runs. Credential-present and missing-secret paths were checked. A live DeepSeek request authenticated and returned a valid tool call.
