tests/test_docs.py::test_action_pins_match_the_current_version caught both the moment 0.7.3 was cut -- five pins across the two files still read @v0.7.2. CLAUDE.md names this pin as a repeat offender and the test exists precisely because it drifted twice before unnoticed; this time nothing had to notice it by hand. …chains bin/update_docker.py --images, against the run that republished them (actions/runs/34476050083). Both digests match that run's own job summary exactly; no other group moved, so the other seven images rebuilt to identical content. This is the commit that makes the toolchain bump real. Per [0033] cibuildmp never builds an image itself -- every build pulls the digest pinned here, so until this line moved, docker/windows.Dockerfile's llvm-mingw 20260908 and docker/webassembly.Dockerfile's emsdk 6.0.9 were inert text.
