chore: bump madrox marketplace version to 1.9.1 - #55

Conversation
Matches the 1.9.1 patch release in barkain/madrox (Grok model flag and default-pinning fix, plus the session startup-cost fixes). MERGE LAST. The madrox entry has no `ref`, so it installs from that repo's default branch — bumping here before barkain/madrox#33 and #34 are on main would advertise a version the source does not contain.

Bumps the
madroxentry from1.9.0to1.9.1, matching the patch release in barkain/madrox.Without this the marketplace keeps advertising 1.9.0 and
/plugin update madroxfinds nothing to do.Merge after both:
uv syncno longer blocks the handshake, spawning survives a deleted cwd)-mflag and no pinned model ids (carries the 1.9.1 version bump)The
madroxentry has noref, so it installs from that repo's default branch. Bumping here first would advertise a versionmaindoes not yet contain — an "upgrade" that installs older code under a newer label and then reports itself up to date.Scope
One line. The
workflow-orchestratorentry's own version is untouched.
