The committed lock was stale: pyproject had bumped agent-team 0.1.0 -> 0.2.0 without a relock (`uv lock --check` failed on main). `uv lock --upgrade` (uv 0.12.13) relocks and moves 74 packages to their latest compatible versions. Largest API jumps: anthropic 0.111 -> 1.11, openai 2.43 -> 3.23, mcp 1.28 -> 2.2, cryptography 49 -> 50; sagent's transitive set now pulls wesearch, zendriver, httpx2 and drops aiohttp/slack-sdk. Verified locally on py3.12 with the CI steps: pytest 80 passed (the one "coroutine never awaited" warning in trace_writer_test predates this change -- same on main), import/serve smoke OK, sagent AnthropicCLI.model() signature check OK, `agent-team --help` OK.
