This repository contains the main data, analyses, and source files associated with our project about the developmental role and evolution of the cephalic furrow. The imaging data and high-resolution figures and videos are available on Zenodo (see below). The model and simulations are maintained in a separate repository: @abhijeetkrishna/cephalic-furrow-theory.
