Names 17 unnamed STREAMING natives. Each file renamed to PascalCase per the naming convention, hash kept as alias. No gameplay change, docs only.
Renames:
Sources: alloc8or gta5-nativedb-data natives.json (STREAMING namespace, hashes, jhashes, params, return types) plus commands_streaming.sch PURPOSE strings and pre-randomization hashes.
Types: cs_type(Any) BOOL on IsSafeToStartPlayerSwitch and IplGroupSwapIsActive, matching the IsSwitchSkippingDescent precedent. Param renames on RemapLodscaleRangeThisFrame only, float types kept.
Test: resolved each hash against the DB entry and cross-checked the old hash against the matching sch entry, e.g. IS_SWITCH_TO_MULTI_FIRSTPART_FINISHED pairs 0x933BBEEB8C61B5F4 with old 0x5E9EC8EEA03BCEC7. Filenames follow existing PascalCase style (IplGroupSwapStart matches SwitchToMultiFirstpart casing), hash aliases kept.
