Builds on #689 (Amazigh New Year and Unity Day); until that is merged, this PR also shows its commit.
Names
_name, so every other language keeps the shared translations; only the French or Arabic wording is overridden.Dates
Islamic holidays in Morocco follow the moon sighting announced by the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs, which often falls a day after the computed date. Fifteen past occurrences (2021–2026) are moved to the announced day with
disable/enable, e.g. Eid al-Fitr 2025 on 31 March and Islamic New Year 2026 on 17 June. Future years stay computed.Days off
One day per holiday, as decree 2-04-426 sets for the private sector (the civil service gets a second day for the Eids and Mawlid).
Sources
Replaced with official pages that load today: the decree on ILO NATLEX, the Ministry of Public Service list, maroc.ma (holiday list, Amazigh New Year, Royal Cabinet communiqué on Unity Day) and the Ministry of Habous.
