sbom: read the same kind for every image, and count the app itself - #111

ghcr annotates both SBOM bundles cosign/sign/v1, so whichever was listed first won; SPDX lists the app as a package, CycloneDX keeps it in metadata.component, which was ignored. An update between the two showed the app as removed (pdfcraft) or added (photocraft).
