Currently, fixup_interrupts() enforces a strict 'oneOf' condition between 'interrupts' and 'interrupts-extended'. This causes validation failures on valid device trees that include both properties.

Change the 'oneOf' condition to 'anyOf' so that both properties can legally coexist while still requiring at least one. Additionally, add 'anyOf' to the recursion guard path to prevent RecursionErrors when evaluating the modified schema.
