…riority rule Establishes agents/AGENTS.md as the mirrored source of truth for the user's global ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md and records the never-Urgent-priority Linear rule in both copies.
Review caught that the new Global CLAUDE.md Sync section pointed "below" at the Public Repo Policy section, which actually sits above it.

Records that agents/AGENTS.md is the source of truth for the user's global ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md (symlinked via dots install agents), with the rule that future edits to the global CLAUDE.md must also be mirrored into agents/AGENTS.md here, scoped by the existing Public Repo Policy. Also adds a Linear rule (never create Urgent-priority tickets) to the mirrored copy, and fixes a stale Component Reference line that omitted the AGENTS.md -> CLAUDE.md symlink.
