A python application with the purpose of scraping radioreference.com for spectrum usage information. This application generates a CSV.
python scrape.py <input url> <output file>
The input url should be the first page of the Online Report - All Identified Frequencies table for a given county from the Downloads and Reports tab.
The output file should be a path for the CSV output file.
