For vize 0.17.1.

Why

Vize 0.431.0 fixes three bugs found through vize_ex:

 • vize#7502: Vapor templates decoded static attribute values twice, so title="a < b" became a < b.
 • vize#7570: compile_vapor dropped implicit default slot content beside a named <template #name>.
 • vize#7600: the legacy Vapor lane, which vapor_ir/1 always uses, dropped a static style merged with :style.

What changed

 • The Vize crates are pinned to =0.431.0.
 • Lowering diagnostics moved from vize_davinci, which 0.431 no longer uses, to the new vize_l0 crate.
 • L2 0.431 adds File-owned event handler bodies (OnHandlerRef::Body) and v-for heads (Op::OriginalFor). Plain template lowering doesn't produce them, so split_template reports them as errors rather than guessing.
 • Regression tests for the three fixes go through compile_vapor and vapor_ir.
 • A CHANGELOG entry under Unreleased.

Verification

 • VIZE_EX_BUILD=1 mix ci passes: lint, including clippy and the RustQ codegen check, and 133 tests.
 • The three issue repros match Vue 3.6.0-rc.10 with @vizejs/native@0.431.0.
 • PhoenixVapor 0.5.0's suite, including e2e, passes against this branch: 307 tests.

Vize 0.431.0 fixes three bugs found through vize_ex: static attribute values
decoded twice in Vapor templates (vize#7502), implicit default slot content
dropped beside a named slot (vize#7570), and the legacy lane, which vapor_ir
uses, dropping a static style merged with :style (vize#7600).

L2 now attaches File-owned handler bodies and v-for heads, which plain
template lowering doesn't produce; split_template reports them as errors.
Lowering diagnostics moved from vize_davinci to vize_l0.
