Release gate
The guarded repeatable-read aggregate audit found 15 prescriptions in the configured database. All 15 belong to the exact known repository demo practice; none are outside that fixture. All 15 have no operation ID and no created lifecycle event, and nine terminal prescription projections have no matching terminal event.
No cross-tenant patient/product/prescriber/appointment references, invalid quantities, inventory links without quantity, negative refills, blank clinical fields, or inverted dates were found.
Required outcome
- define an append-only adoption record for legacy prescriptions without inventing an original actor, time, warning evaluation, or refill history
- distinguish current-state adoption from historically observed lifecycle events in the data model and UI
- reconcile the 15 known demo rows in an isolated disposable rehearsal first
- prove current prescription status/refill projection agrees with its immutable history after reconciliation
- preserve portable backup/restore compatibility
- obtain independent clinical/recovery review before executing against any data-bearing target
Do not rewrite existing prescriptions or fabricate lifecycle events to make the audit green.
