Remove Infrastructure tags #233

Problem:
Current infrastructure tags are not used across CORE and CEM. We'll simply remove them.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Remove the tags from every application layer (domain, repository, handlers and relative test)
• Ensure a migration is in place since gorm automigration won't drop a column
• Ensure application functionality stay in place
