• Publish the ten GCDS migration planning documents as unlisted English Eleventy pages.
• Add a migration documentation index, parent breadcrumbs, and accessible on-page navigation.
• Preserve semantic metadata lists inside the established WET well treatment.
• Document the publication conventions and add focused build regression coverage.

Wrap literal Nunjucks examples in raw blocks

When Eleventy publishes this Markdown file, its Nunjucks template engine processes expressions even inside fenced code blocks, so {{ title }} is replaced with the page title rather than displayed as the template expression being documented. The similar {{ item.data.fontIcon }} example above is also evaluated and rendered empty; escape these expressions or surround the examples with a Nunjucks raw block to preserve the documentation.
