This pull request fixes the French-language link in
README.md.The link was not jumping to the French section because the anchor contained an apostrophe that did not match the heading generated by GitHub. The anchor has been corrected so that the link now navigates properly to the

Que fait cette demande « pull » (PR)?
Cette demande « pull » corrige le lien vers la section française du fichier
README.md.Le lien ne faisait pas défiler la page jusqu'à la section française parce que l'ancre contenait une apostrophe qui ne correspondait pas à celle générée par GitHub. L'ancre a été corrigée afin que le lien mène maintenant correctement à la section
