Expired Alby login can block Hub startup and disconnect

Description

If the Alby Account session expires after not using Hub for a while, Hub can get stuck. It still remembers the linked Alby Account, but the Alby OAuth token is no longer valid, so when starting Hub it fails with: alby account is not authenticated

The UI then sends the user to reconnect Alby. But if they try to disconnect instead, that request can fail with 401 because the Hub JWT is also expired

So the user is stuck unless they re-authorize Alby first

If you are still subscribed - you can just login.

If you have a VSS token but did not pay (after a grace period) then you can't access the VSS service. But this is part of what happens if you stop paying - you don't get access to paid services any more. The hub recovery tool can be used to recover any funds from Alby Hub in this case (no-one has reported this yet outside of development)
