Automate publishing + publish from organization account

[rolznz]

Currently I publish from my own github profile. This isn't so professional and also can block releases.

Possible example I found from a web search (unverified): https://github.com/soimy/openclaw-channel-dingtalk/blob/main/.github/workflows/clawhub-publish.yml
