Official Arduino Ethernet library with required changes to work with Wiznet W5200 and RFM12B

*Wiznet W5200 enabled by default edit w5200.h and comment out #define W5200 to use W5100
*Wiznet interrupts disabled in w5200.h to enable opperation with RFM12B using JeeLabs JeeLib RF12 library. Thanks to John Crouchley for these modifications.
Tested to work with Open Kontro Gateway with Wiznet 820io W5200 and RFM12B compiled on Arduino 1.01 running on Ubuntu 12.04.
