MediaPipe task-vision 16KB update

I am using "com.google.mediapipe:tasks-vision:0.10.26", which may not be updated according to Playstore's new 16 KB page policy. Is there any update on that ?

Stumbled here from a similar issue.
0.10.26 does support Playstore's 16KB page size support policy.

@mehmeteminyildiz just update the library to the latest version i.e. 0.10.29.

Do not let IDE auto update to the latest version since they messed up the versioning, see https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.google.mediapipe/tasks-vision
