  • Move NativeAttachment and ContentRoot ownership into Ability; bindings now
    supplies only node, content and retention primitives. Strong N-API references
    keep attached FrameNode/NodeContent objects alive until successful retirement.

  • Breaking: native ready requests decode without mounting. Main-thread
    handlers must explicitly call receipt.attach(&event). Use Ability's
    NativeAttachment, key callbacks only by target_id, and dispatch them inside
    NativeAttachment::dispatch. Unknown/retired IDs are errors; IDs are never reused.

  • Breaking: NativeAttachment::with_child returns a Result, and retirement
    permanently closes its target. Create a new target for a new content generation.

  • Add AxisEventData::scroll_step for discrete wheel metadata. Zero means
    unavailable, not one detent; raw axis deltas retain their existing sign and units.

  • Breaking: AxisEventData is now non-exhaustive. Consumers must match with
    .. and use framework-provided snapshots instead of constructing struct literals.

  • The opt-in mouse feature additionally forwards ArkUI api-17 for wheel-step
    queries. Its existing XComponent cancellation support still requires API 18.

  • Use native OH_Pasteboard and scoped UDMF owners. Withdraw ArkTS clipboard
    actions, change events, permission prompts and legacy metadata fallback.

    methods as async-shaped synchronous native operations, with typed ClipboardError.

  • Move metadata configuration to Rust with_metadata_mime_type; the paired HAR now
