Taşınmaz Yönetim Sistemi

A full-stack real estate management application built with Angular and ASP.NET Core Web API.
The system provides a web-based interface for managing property records, users, location data, and operation logs.

This project was developed as a full-stack web application to practice client-server architecture, RESTful API development, authentication, database modeling, and modern frontend development.

Taşınmaz Yönetim Sistemi is designed to manage real estate/property records through a structured web application.
The project includes both a frontend client and a backend API.

Backend Modules

The backend is organized around controllers, DTOs, entities, business services, and database context.

Main Features

Authentication

The backend includes authentication logic and JWT support.
Users can log in and access role-based application features through authenticated API requests.

Property Management

The system supports real estate record management with structured property data.
Property records are connected with location information such as province, district, and neighborhood.

Location-Based Data Model

The application contains a hierarchical location model:

Province → District → Neighborhood → Property

This makes property records easier to filter, organize, and display.

Logging

User actions are recorded through a logging mechanism.
This helps track operations performed inside the system.

Map Visualization

The frontend uses map-related libraries to support location-based property visualization.

Excel Export

The project includes spreadsheet export support for data-oriented workflows.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Make sure the following tools are installed:

• .NET 8 SDK
• Node.js
• npm
• Angular CLI

---

Running the Backend

From the repository root:

dotnet restore Tasinmazv2.sln
dotnet build Tasinmazv2.sln
cd Tasinmazv2
dotnet run

The backend runs by default at:

http://localhost:5137

Running the Frontend

Open a new terminal and run:

cd TasinmazClient
npm install
npm start

The Angular development server runs at:

http://localhost:4200

Build Status

The project was tested locally with:

dotnet restore Tasinmazv2.sln
dotnet build Tasinmazv2.sln
cd Tasinmazv2
dotnet run

and:

cd TasinmazClient
npm install
npm start

Backend build completed successfully with warnings and no errors.
Frontend compiled successfully and served on localhost:4200.

Notes

• node_modules, build outputs, IDE-specific files, and local development artifacts are excluded from the repository.
• Sensitive configuration values should be kept outside the public repository.
• appsettings.Development.json should be used only for local development settings.
