This pull request updates the CI workflow, dependency overrides, and improves error handling in the budget goals service. The main changes focus on enhancing the reliability of the CI process and providing more robust error handling for budget goal creation.

CI Workflow Improvements:

• Changed the CI workflow trigger branch from develop to dev in .github/workflows/ci.yml to align with the current branch naming convention.
• Expanded the CI steps to include Prisma client generation, schema validation, build, unit and integration tests, and a security audit, replacing the previous single API verification step.

Dependency Management:

• Updated dependency overrides in package.json to use newer versions of fast-uri, and added overrides for brace-expansion and nanoid to address potential security or compatibility issues.

Error Handling Enhancements:

• Improved error handling in createBudgetGoal (in budgetGoals.service.ts) by wrapping the transaction in a try/catch block. Now, if a unique constraint violation (P2002) occurs, a conflict error is thrown with a clear message; other errors are re-thrown. [1] [2]
