* grouped all kleinanzeigen bangs together sorted for 'k'
* removed duplicate
* updated names * updated URLs
* updated triggers, mostly from ek* to ka*
* corrected subcatagory in accordance to all other kleinanzeigen bangs

ebay-kleinanzeigen was rebranded to kleinanzeigen. The URLs changed and the bangs were not working anymore.
The URLs are now correct and the triggers now begin with ka instead of ek.
