feat: add device release workflow and rework activity polling - #45

Add the ability to release devices from the organization and make the device-activity status polling friendlier to Apple's API. - client: add Client.release_devices(); rework _wait_for_device_activity_completion to wait an initial delay before the first check, then poll at a fixed interval (up to 15 retries) instead of using exponential backoff. - abm_requests: document RELEASE_DEVICES support and clarify when server_id is required/omitted for each activity type. - cli: add the release-device command; stop the forced 10s pre-download sleep and only warn when an activity report isn't ready. - docs: regenerate the CLI reference (docs/cli.md). - README: document the device release feature in Features and Usage.
