The workflow pushes the image to ghcr.io/ktorio/devcontainer, which forks cannot write to. The weekly schedule and pushes to main in a fork always fail with "permission_denied".

Motivation
The workflow pushes the image to ghcr.io/ktorio/devcontainer, which forks cannot write to. The weekly schedule and pushes to main in a fork always fail with "permission_denied".

Workaround:
gh workflow disable DevContainer -R IRus/ktorSolution
Run the job only when
github.repository == 'ktorio/ktor'
