Column menu: long column names push the pin/hide action buttons out of view

Describe the bug

In the DataFrame Columns menu, when a column name is long the name is not truncated, which pushes the action icons off to the right until they are clipped by the dropdown's fixed width (and/or its scrollbar).

Expected behavior: the column name should truncate (with the full name available via title/tooltip) so the action icons stay in a fixed position and remain visible/clickable regardless of name length.

Open the table's Columns menu and note that the pin/focus and eye (hide) icons on the longer-named rows are pushed to the edge and clipped instead of staying aligned in a fixed-width action column.
