I am learning by building small, useful web applications and improving them one step at a time.
I am a BS Information Technology graduate majoring in Web and Mobile Application Development. I enjoy making straightforward websites and applications that solve a specific problem.
I am still growing as a developer, so I focus on understanding the code I write, asking for feedback, and adding tools only when they are useful for the project.
- π Education: BS Information Technology, Web and Mobile Application Development
- π Currently: Improving my HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and problem-solving skills
- ποΈ Current project: A personal resume and portfolio website
- π¦ Next project: A simple inventory system for a sari-sari store
- πΌ Interested in: Entry-level web development and learning opportunities
This profile represents an ongoing learning journey. I update projects as I learn more and label planned work honestly instead of presenting it as finished.
- Practicing semantic HTML and accessible page structure
- Building responsive layouts with CSS Flexbox and media queries
- Learning JavaScript through small browser interactions
- Studying basic database and application design
These are the technologies I use or am currently learning. They do not all represent the same level of professional experience.
HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript
Java Python PHP
Laravel (learning) Git GitHub Visual Studio Code
This repository contains a small portfolio site made with plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Uses semantic sections and accessible labels
- Works on desktop and mobile screens
- Includes a small copy-email interaction
- Uses no framework or build process because this project does not need one yet
Status: Active learning project
Repository: markjiggermasacupan.github.io
A planned application for recording products, stock levels, and simple sales reports for a small local store.
Status: Planned
- Building a first usable version of the inventory project
- Writing clearer and more maintainable JavaScript
- Learning basic testing and deployment practices
- Improving accessibility and responsive design
I will add CI/CD, automated tests, or other infrastructure when a project needs them and when I understand how to maintain them.
I believe a good beginner project should be clear before it is impressive. I prefer a small working feature over a large list of tools, and I try to be honest about what I know, what I am learning, and what still needs work.
Thanks for visiting. I am learning, building, and improving one project at a time.
