Summary
Adds the Pheasy database preprint link that @JaGeo suggested in #1062.
It goes in two places: the Pheasy section of
docs/user/codes/vasp.md, next to the existing Pheasy code paper citation, and the background cell oftutorials/pheasy_workflow.ipynb.
