Wrapped up the update of Elevation Profile with the local test coverage 99%.

Elevation Profile component is added but not used with the vehicle 1d component yet.
The use of the web command to open HTML files provides better user experience in MATLAB Online (while there is no impact in locally installed MATLAB.)
Also update the project shortcut to use the web command to open the project description page.
