Add direct links to chromestatus pages?

When viewing the tracker on the web, e.g. http://platformstatustracker.azurewebsites.net/Changes/2015-02-11, it would be useful to be able to go to the corresponding Chrome Status pages for the listed features directly:

Could you incorporate this into the tracker?

There is an "Id" field in IPlatformStatus -
