Summary
Replace the unmeasured '10-100x faster' claim in rustez's README with factual descriptions of the async concurrency features.
Rationale
From MEC-2082 finding 3, rustez's README claimed '10-100× faster' than Juniper PyEZ. rustjunosmcp, which is built on rustez, measures and states '~1.7× faster' against Juniper's PyEZ-based MCP server. The two numbers conflict and the '10-100×' claim is not supported by any benchmark script or data in the rustez repository.
