Неполные секции сохраняют подтверждённые строки иobservedCount, возвращаютcount=nullи exit 3. Human/plain/JSON показывают область, период и границы текущих наблюдений. Команда выполняет только чтение.Обновлены JTBD PM-09, каталог 50 task / 64 public, help, CLI map, руководства и CHANGELOG. Постановка отдельно влита в dev через #169; ветка синхронизирована с

Подробные команды и границы — вverification.mdchange.Замечание P2 о потере REST pagination completeness исправлено: optional total сверяется с offset/rows/next, Page.complete сохраняется при нормализации. Добавлены 8 regression cases; 5 воспроизводили ошибку до исправления. На runtime head

Финальный head1704f7d02df97c2f0fdc64cf2dad976794912d97: 15/15 CI checks SUCCESS; Codex review завершён без findings, все review threads resolved, активных CHANGES_REQUESTED нет. MR открыт в dev, merge не выполнялся.Live integration подготовлен, но skipped без тестового webhook: реальная portal-приёмка и cleanup fixtures не подтверждены. Native packaged smoke не запускался; installer checks Linux/macOS не доказывают native smoke нового runtime. OpenSpec change: 15/16 задач, остаётся live-приёмка; архивирование не входит в этот MR.
