Batch IPO (Initial Public Offering) allotment checker for CDSC Nepal.
Checks multiple BOIDs against a selected company and reports allotment status in parallel.

- Fetches live company list from CDSC Nepal API
- Interactive company selection
- Async batch checking — checks all BOIDs in parallel
- Color-coded output (green = alloted, red = not alloted, yellow = invalid)
- Summary: count of alloted, not alloted, and invalid BOIDs
- Config stored at
~/.config/ipo_checker.txtby default

Create a config file with one BOID per line:
