…very Pin the new immutable SDK release and verified archive checksum while preserving the existing registry feature and dependency contract. The release prevents failed upload preparation from blocking teardown and updates bundled zlib. Record the committed port tree and advance the baseline so versioned consumers resolve the new SDK release consistently. Update
cpp-client-telemetryto v3.10.310.1, following #54888.The release prevents upload-preparation exceptions from stranding active uploads or blocking teardown (microsoft/cpp_client_telemetry#1559) and updates bundled zlib to 1.4 (microsoft/cpp_client_telemetry#1558). This port continues to use registry-provided zlib, not the SDK's bundled copy.
This is a version/checksum-only port update. Dependencies, supported platforms, native transports, linkage selection, and the additive
android-capi-http-clientfeature are unchanged. Device-ID collection retains the SDK default; the removeddevice-idfeature is not reintroduced. The port manifest, immutable release tag, registry baseline, and committed port tree all agree on 3.10.310.1. Exactly one registry version is added.
Validation
Production-package builds used the published, SHA512-verified archive, fresh install roots, no SDK overlay, and
MATSDK_VCPKG_SOURCE_DIRunset. External consumers usefind_package(MSTelemetry CONFIG REQUIRED)and linkMSTelemetry::mat.Installed SDK versions and exact feature sets were verified on both hosts. All eight host consumer CTest runs passed without test filters or exclusions. Release-promotion tests, registry feature/transport contract checks, and package-dependency checks passed on Windows and WSL.
The merged upstream PR's full CI passed, as did the merged-main vcpkg platform matrix and Windows unit/functional tests. Native Apple and Android production-port builds remain downstream CI's responsibility; local production-archive builds above cover Windows and Linux.
The SwiftPM release workflow passed: it built and published the xcframework and SwiftPM
3.10.310tag after Apple-platform builds and clean external package resolution. The downloaded asset's SHA256 matches both the release digest and published manifest (3d6d3b98e1696efce9bdad4d6eca177006b75b0a28fa866e75db6bf18e2cb8a9); the SwiftPM tag has the intended release parent and no submodules.Manifest formatting, whitespace checks, and
