Display the scanlator after the chapter name and read progress, using the same secondary alpha as the read progress. The chapter name and read progress keep their existing layout, and the scanlator only uses the remaining width, being truncated or hidden when there is no room left. Closes mihonapp#1914

Closes #1914
Shows the scanlator after the chapter name and read progress in the Updates tab, using the same alpha as the read progress.
The chapter name and read progress keep their current layout. The scanlator only takes the space left over: it gets truncated when space is short, and hidden when the chapter name already fills the row. A plain
Rowwith weights can't give this priority order (progress > name > scanlator) while keeping the scanlator last, so I added a small privateLayoutinUpdatesUiItem.kt.Tested on phone (light, dark, AMOLED) and in tablet mode, including long chapter names, long scanlator names, no scanlator, read chapters and read progress.
