Migrate `WebSocketInterceptor` to the socket level

Now that we have all the primitives, websocket interception should be (1) http-to-ws protocol upgrade listener via http interceptor; (2) direct WebSocket class patch for direct connections.

This will allow us to intercept any websocket connection, not just those made via the global WebSocket class, and also eliminate any need in customizing interceptors or MSW (see mswjs/msw#2742).

I am not sure if this is worth the effort. Yes, we'd be decoupled from the global class, but we'd have to re-implement a sizable chunk of WebSocket packet handling on your own end. The only thing we win from decoupling is custom WebSocket clients support, which we can also do by accepting an option indicating which global class to patch.
