I found an issue when using om_account_budget, where the practical amount is not computed correctly when I use a custom analytic account.

Since the analytic plans, account.analytic.line stores each root plan accounts
in its own column and account_id only holds the default plan ones. A budget line
on an analytic account of any other plan therefore reported a Practical Amount
of 0. Reported upstream in PR #179.
