Issues when installing the OpenSim 4.6 beta on Mac (macOS 15.3-15.7.5)

Oddly, I see the same issue when trying to reinstall OpenSim 4.5 on macOS 26.3.1: no app appears in the install folder.

On further correspondence with Ross:

1. The problem machine is administered by university IT, they didn't diagnose what's the issue either.
2. I pointed Ross to the signed/notarized version and that didn't make a difference.
3. I asked for log files or if Matlab can be run/wired and got no response so far.
