Markers do not animated outside of synced motion when dragging slider

[nickbianco]

When syncing markers with a motion, and the markers file is larger than the motion, the markers will animate when using the "play" button, but do not animate when dragging the slider. While dragging the slider, the markers will occasionally "glitch" into view.

@nickbianco After discussing with @aymanhab , could you share with us the experimental data, models and motions to replicate?

Thank you!
