VITE_API_URL now targets https://ng.opentargets.org:8080/latest/graphql and packages/ot-constants/src/types/index.ts is regenerated from it.
codegen.ts lists the documents migrated to the current API, so src/types/index.ts carries an exact result and variables type per operation (omitOperationSuffix, e.g. PhenotypesQuery / PhenotypesQueryVariables). The documents themselves land with their pages; this branch only holds the generated output.
