Of its six guards three were GREEN: dropping "es" from the /set-language allowlist, from the base.html picker or from submit.html's live-counter separators broke nothing. The cookie test now runs for every supported language, and two static tests tie the picker and the browser separators to app.i18n. v2.2.0-spanish.json: all six RED.
