Local install of CASCADE 2025

Is there any chance to get an updated environment file?
Many dependencies are deprecated or don't exist anymore.
I'm trying to install a local working version of cascade.
Alternatively, is there an API for the web server service? that would also be great!

same question，they are too old to run locally
